I am not using for this card for last few year and I am sure that I will use this card in future anymore. So I would like to cancel this card to avoid annual charges. It is very difficult to get the procedure to cancellation process on bajaj finserv website. Also there is no customer support available for that. I raised request via Experia portal as well but I received very poor answer to my request which not related to my query. Request Reference Number is :SR48949573.

So Please cancel my Bajaj Finserv EMI card without any delay.

Now I got message from Bajaj Finserv, that i have to pay the EMI amount of Rs.1, 725.00, then I find out the Digital CPP Telebinding Loan is activated without my permission, so I have to pay the extra amount of Rs 275.00. This is clearly cheating.

I have taken consumer loan Rs.36900 from bajaj on 29.01.2020 and
I got email confirmation from Bajaj about the Loan details, it shows Rs.3355/PM EMI for 9 months, it comes around Rs.30195 and Down Payment Rs.8800 - the total amount needed to pay for Bajaj Rs.38995. so I need to pay an extra amount of Rs.2005.
Advance EMI amount paid Rs.8800 but here it shows Rs.6710 only.

Also you have mentioned the Insurance amount Rs.163, but I didn't asked insurance for this purchase. I also Informed to your representative not to add insurance at the time of loan disbursement
then why you are added insurance amount and Credit Report fee? what is the use of credit report ?

why you are deducted this type of amount without knowing customer, If you are doing like this.

Bajaj always cheating customer and looting money from customer. what kind of business is this?
customers please be aware of this kind of cheaters for consumer loan.

Bajaj Finserv has activated LSF insurance teke binding for my account and I wish to deactivate the same.

This is ridiculous and not acceptable.

For the month of Jan 2021 amount 1570 and in Feb 2021 amount 1299 in my bank account Unauthorised ECS debt got deducted. The issue was raised last month itself but till now no resolution. customer Id 17298457. Kindly refund the amount ASAP.

I have recently purchased a laptop and a cpp telebinding was activated without my authorisation.
The cpp telebinding, loan account no : 415ETBGR302155.

I request to deactivate the ecom cpp telebinding before my installment date.

I brought mobile phone on flipkart via Bajaj emj card. Now they intentionally put extended warranty loan named 'Ecom CPP telebinding' which costs 1924 rupees. Now in email response they say the 'free look period of 15 days is over'. How do i cancel this within 15 days of purchase if i had no idea of this at all. With due respect I would like to submit that the undersigned is working in Ministry of Defence as Director (JAG/NFSG) and posted at Pune.
That my son Avinash has taken financial assistance from M/s Bajaj Finance Ltd located at sector 17 Kurukshetra. He is paying EMI regularly and last payment made on 02/01/2021(Statement Enclosed)
That Mr Kamal recovery Manager (Mob No [protected]) is harassing him and asking to pay forcefully without any reason.
On 31 Jan 21 he sent three people to my house at about 3 PM. They started shouting using unparliamentary language and misbehaved with my wife. This type of Gundagardi has defamed me in the society and also against the RBI guidelines. Thus my family has been threatened by them without any fault.(CCTV footage also enclosed)
I therefore request you to safeguard and investigate the matter to stop such nuisance and take drastic action against the culprit immediately.

I have been writing emails to your team since last six months regarding the reason of block of limits.

Because I have never defaulted in your EMIs nor my CIBIL is bad or adversely affected then why my limit is blocked.

Moreover How can you reduce the limit without intimating us??.

Further I have paid your AMC for the full year in advance for both the OD.

If I can not have available the flexi od balance for any particular month then what is the use of Annual maintenance charges payment.

If loan amount is blocked then I should also be refunded the proportionate processing fees collected by you at the time of disbursement.

If you people will behave like these in totally unprofessional and unethical manner then I would never ever deal with Bajaj finserv.Me and My husband were your customer since last five years without any default in your payments. and this time its worst experience i have faced.

There are many other finance companies who give loan at very lower rate than you offered.

Moreover I do not want to use your fund anymore. If you can freeze the limit it's better to close the loan account. because it is of no use to keep it open without use.

I kindly request you to close the both accounts and do the needful at the earliest.
