Hi,

I have loan in Bajaj finserve with loan account numbers 404TPFGB677269, as I closed my bank account because of bajaj as they not provided me the moretorium and presented the ECS to banks frequently in every 4 to 5 days repeatedly for which bank has deducted more than Rs-12000/- as bounce charges now I closed all my previous loan account with bajaj and having only one account with account number-404TPFGB677269 now every month I am making payment in advance but they are deducting in principal and presenting the ECS to bank and charging Rs-600/- as bounce charges, As I discussed with the manager of the company he only asked me to make payment a week before to adjust in EMI not in principle now I am not in position to pay any interest or EMI to bajaj finserve because there is worst response they are providing no call center support no response to mails and every day around for to five automated calls to pay the bounce charges aI need help on this how to approach the court.. please guide me

    While everyone is aware of the moratorium period grace of 3 months, bajaj has come up a new rule of deducting balance the way they can. For what an amount of INR 707?- has been deducted from my account on 23, OCT, 2020 and I had raised a complaint to them as well. It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. No mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.

      My EMI card got blocked . Please unblock my card. Because my card is blocked I could not buy any product with Bajaj Finserv with emi. Please unblock my card as soon as possible. This emi card is useful for me and very reliable but it seems very difficult to me after my card got blocked
      . Pls sir unblock My emi card. And I have paid all the EMIs at the time no delays in paying EMIs . So please sir it's a request please unblock my EMI Card. Thank you Sir 😊.

        I have taken the CPP liv care insurance ( policy ID : AM3159232, IM3159232) of 214999 against home loan taken in August 2019.

        After a year I have done a balance transfer and have submitted the cheques on 23rd Oct 2020, and wants to surender this policy, but as per the conversation with Bajaj representative, I'm being told that I can't surrender this.

        This was never being informed while selling this insurance. Please suggest what needs to be done as I'm in loss and feel cheated.

        They have taken 2, 00, 000 for 5 years and now denying any refund or surrender after completion on 1 year and they never informed about the same while selling this policy.

            Respected Sir/s,
            I have many times made an enquiry regarding extra amount of Rs.1 added in my loan account. however, no reply received or any clarification from the Bajaj Finance Ltd.
            Secondly, the representative of the said finance company without prior intimation or any information visiting residential premises and disturbing the peace of mind. That the said finance company charging high interest rate about 27.01% to my said loan.
            They have not provided till today me the slab of interest rate.
            I am not aware about when they added Rs. 1 in my loan account. when i acknowledge immediately, i brought to the notice of the Bajaj finance Ltd, but till they have not given any reply. Therefore i pray that the necessary action may be initiate or such other relief as deem fit and proper be in the interest of justice be granted.

                I had loan in Bajaj Finserv and Emi Amount is Rs 15950. And it has not paid in this Condition due to Financial Problem from our end ... because in my family all members had loss their job and no income is getting us after lockdown period

                Even we can't able to survive and having only one time meal.. putting Pinch on Stomach one time having a meal dinner time ..this show how much we are in trouble

                Dhule Branch Executive name is Bapu Dada who had given me Killing Threats TERE KOH MAR DALUNGA.. this word he had used to recover the money he is in Dhule Branch

                Many bad words he had used which we can't express and not spoil our tongue ..BAPU DADA he doesn't have any Fear of loss consequences and using any statment under Bajaj Finserv

                Sir I m requesting to u please take necessary action against BAPU DADA and out Enquiry Investigation CASE in Dhule Branch

                And I not get help from customerservice head, Grievances Department and We Care Department also

                    I`m a user of the Bajaj EMI card, which I use for consumer product purchases and have been regular in payments.

                    Suddenly I received an SMS stating that a Health card is activated for me and has been charged Rs 707 and taken away from my account.

                    When I approached Bajaj customer care, they repeatedly sent a templated reply saying that the consent was received on an SMS bot. But I have never given any consent for the health card in any form.

                        On 23-10-20 an amount of Rs.707 is debited directly from my bank account without a notice.I am a customer of bajaj finserv and my cus.Id.33915295. I haven't availed any services. Hence request you to revert the amount immediately.

                            Am using bajaj finserve for buying online goods since 2018.spent more then 1lakh and repaid all emis on time. Even on lockdown also I made all my payments. My last due comes on October which is of just 1500. Because of some reasons I failed to pay it on time and for that they took penalty plus bounce charge.. Yesterday they a guy to my home to collect the due. I said I can only repay u 1st week of next month coz m short of money right now. For that he is saying u can return the product u bought so that we can recover our money. I just want to say what kind of ethics is this. What nonsense and all they are talking. Am I a defaulter or what. Just simply don't kno how to talk or treat the customer. Please take some action about it sir. Like this there are so many complaints are dere from all over India..this is not look like a Nbfc. Please assist me how to file a complaint further. I don't want to leave them as it is.

                              I applied a EMI card on 19.10.2020 through online, after all process complete i get a EMI card. Card no is [protected]
                              But i can't use this card, and i don't know my customer id till now, and no boady come to to collect documents, i can't login experia customer portal or app, when i call customer care enter this card no ivr tell me this card is invalid, why many problems on this, i already paid 567 for this card annual charged. Bajaj finserv totally cheat me and wast my time.

                                As I am having the property insurance of 90000rs on my bajaj loan account number - H402HHL0344469, I want to cancel this insurance from my home loan account, I don't want this insurance.

                                I have already raised the request before 20 days ago but not received any response yet.

                                  My husband had taken personal loan rs.50000/=from bajaj finserv and was paying the emis regularly. Group insurance premium rs.1502/= (For rs.150000 sum assured) was deducted in the loan amount itself. He died within the insurance cover period. They also offered free personal life insurance of rs.150000/=. While claiming the insurance of both, they gave only the amount after deducting the loan balance from rs.150000/= for which premium was deducted. They did not give the free life insurance as they offered. I have submitted the documents to bajaj finserv and i have been asked to contact bajaj allianz. When asked in bajaj allianz, they again persue the matter with bajaj finserv.. I got the following reply from bajaj finserv: with reference to your query regarding claim we wish to confirm that we have received the documents and have forwarded the request to concerned team we would like to inform you that your service request is currently under process. We request you to allow us 90 days to resolve your query. But till now, no response from them and i have been again asked to contact bajaj allianz putting me in loop.                                     I have a Personal Loan going on with Bajaj Finserv and on the 2nd of every month the EMI against the same is deducted. Same happened for this month also. However what I see that yesterday against that same personal loan number they have deducted ECS of Rs. 117 without any reason. Now when I am reaching out to their customer care to know why such a deduction has taken place no one is able to answer anything.

                                      The ecs charges has been deducted rs.117 from my Citibank account with below details which i have never requested from Bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either Bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you refund my my amount back.. Seems like my details are not secured in Bajaj and this is being misuse. This is pathetic.

                                        I have recently used Bajaj finserv EMI card for online purchase with no cost EMI.. now CPP telebinding was automatically applied without my permission and extra loan amount of Rs. 2199 was added.. Please reactive the CPP membership card before my installment date. Until then my loan amount will not be paid by me..
