In bajaj finserv portal its showing only one loan amount pending which is i already paid i. E.[protected].
And 2nd one end to 2nd august but bajaj finserv team msg me for esc charges

Also bajaj finserv executive told over the call (4xxecfxxxx2476) this loan account also closed but when i am sent mail to bajaj for stop ecs then tem will sent mail 7000 amout pending. But showing in portal outstanding amount is 0 and end date 2nd august.

    Bought a mobile (Id : 533ecf[protected]) and the cpp telebinding (Id : 533etb[protected]) of ₹1, 402 automatically started without any of my consent, it wasn't connected to my account for repayment and now the repayment amount has gone up to 17, 405, and i don't know what to do or what even is this ecom cpp telebinding. I want to cancel it as soon as possible because i'm not capable of paying that much amount of money for something i didn't even needed or ordered. So please cancel it.

    We are also getting calls for lawyers and bombay police and they are saying that they have issued an arrest warrant against Amjad khan (My father) and we have to pay the amount as quickly as possible and also our bajaj card is blocked.

      Myself arundhati patole wanted cpp telebinding membership to be cancelled for the loan ac no. 402atbgg198649 as i had applied for personal loan not for this policy and i got a message that its already in process and also 2540rs charges are applied on my bjaja emi network card. Please cancle it and refund the amount as soon as possible. Thank you

        I'm a bajaj finserv customer. I took a loan in apr, 2008 on behalf of samsung ac. And i've paid all the emi's. And also i got no dues certificate from bajaj finserv app. But on[protected] rs.295 got deducted from my sbi account by showing the transaction details "- mandate fail chrg txn dt:24062020 bajaj finance". I dont know why bajaj finserv deduction. I request you please refund the amount and ensure bajaj finserv never do such things like this.

          In the mid month of July, one of the customer executive called me about health insurance policy but I told him I have already a health insurance plan...but she gave me a offer on the basis of personal loan bazaz Finserv .Then I inquired about the policy which can include my in law's and asked for the premium.Then she booked my policy without taking my consent or confirmation.After some days, I received a message that you policy will reach out on this date.I have tried to make phone calls on customer care but no one picked up my calls.After that I have written a mail.yesterday I have received a hard copy of that policy...amount are deducted from loan account...this a fraud

              I have taken loan for mobile from bajaj finserv ltd. And i paid the full amount to bajaj finserv ltd and obtained a `no dues certificate` from bajaj finserv ltd on 30 aug 2019. It was observed that there is a deduction in my account for 3 times on 27/08/2020. I went to the bank and bajaj finserv ltd for queries for unfair deduction but i could not get any satisfactory answer either from bajaj finserv ltd or bank? If my loan account was closed then how they deduct the money from my account?

                Hi team,

                In spite of repeated follow-ups and then being compelled for a physical visit to your branch at somajiguda, hyderabad (During this pandemic), i am yet to receive any response. Upon visiting this branch and waiting in line for an hour, i was told that only one person handles queries regarding housing loans and she is on leave. This is unacceptable.

                Also, i have received multiple sms's stating the issue is resolved!!! But actually there was not a single response!

                Please see below email string for further context.

                First - regarding foreclosure of loan | h400hhl0167973 - i need the following documents asap -

                1. Statement of account including the outstanding amount
                2. Document listing down the name of the original documents that are in your possession.

                Second - i have also availed home loan insurance vide loan account number - h400hlt0171406. Please also close this account as i am foreclosing the primary loan and initiate the refund of the amount.

                Hope to get a swift response.

                      Hi,
                      I have applied for moratorium facility provided by rbi mail screenshot enclosed with mail attachment still bouncing charges deducted from my bank account today for rs.1390 statement enclosed with mail attachment also my loan tenure is increased from 36 month to 51 month. Please clarify the details or ill take legal action against bajaj finserv.

                      Did your problem get solved? My father is facing the same issue, his loan tenure was for 36 months and now it's snowing 48 months. We also took the moratorium facility.

                        I have opted for moratarium multiple times and Bajaj Finserv also agreed for the moratarium also but still, on[protected] Rs 16116 deducted from my Account Which was my last final EPFO settlement of my last job, now I don't have any money left. Just think that I have to pay 16116 as BOUNCE CHARGES.
                        In this situation Bajaj Finserv hampered me.

                        I want refund of my money.

                          I have seen many complaints regarding the same fraud done by bajaj finserv rbl bank. How they are looting customers by providing free card and charge 750rs.in name of r shield insurance without customer's consent and i have been cheated the same way. They tried to convince multiple times for my consent but i always denied it and then they finally charged it out of consent. Seems like they have made this useless card just to collect 750 from everyone. As this is so useless card can't be accepted anywhere. Ever since i got this card, transaction always fail and i have just one charge of 750 that too for services i never agreed to buy. I need them credited back and account closure as soon as possible and i'm not going to pay single rupee for this fraud. I have even sent mail to them but no response.

                            We have got a new refrigerator through bajaj emi. It is our responsibility to pay our monthly emi without delay and we stick to it no matter what. This month, even though i had sufficient amount in my account to go for an emi.. Finance people played a game in the name of "auto debit check" and debited 590rs from my account more than 4 times in the name of check bounce, saying i was not having sufficient amount in my account. Fine... After three days i got a call from bajaj agent saying i didn't pay my emi this month and to repay it. I told the agent multiple times that i had sufficient amount in my account why didn't you people cut that and he just told "madam check bounce" woww what kind of a trap is it.. Fine then he didn't leave until i pay my emi.. Of that and it was fine for me because i got a product and it was my duty to pay. Hence, i paid the amount required. After two days, again 2335rs was debited from my account by bajaj finserv for emi and then again 590rs in the name of check bounce. Ufff, i then tried calling their customer service i didn't not get the satisfactory answer. Then i called the bajaj agent whom i paid money he said, "madam this is auto debit check and it continues to cut 590rs and i can't help it... But i can put for refund of amount rs. 2335 that has been debited and i will give the manager number you talk to him mam." i tried calling the manager, he picked the call talked with a low voice as he has lost hope in his life with so much of attitude and said i am on a holiday. So in total more than 7 thousands has been debited from my account in the name of emi and so called "check bounce" for that stupid refrigerator... Today i got a call from bajaj customer care and asked me to pay penalty for paying my emi late, i was like whatttt. Now "bajaj emi" who is going to pay my money we believed in your service and this is what you people gave us. This pandemic we are all going through a lot specially a middle class people like us we are going through pay cuts, salary cuts, rent, household expenses and what not. Bajaj emi or bajaj finserv is this the way you treat your customers after your purpose is served??? Is this the way company makes its profit by trapping the customers like this... I am "requesting" to refund the number of amount which has been debited from my account. So bajaj finserv please be kind to people, please have some humanity, please build some ethical rules, and help in eachothers growth anddd not this type of a game.. This pandemic let's support eachother and build the country's progress. Hope i will get the satisfactory reply and refund from "bajaj finserv."

                                On 16th sept 2020 an amount of rs 117/- got deducted from my hdfc bank account _6495 towards bajaj finemibf[protected].

                                I tried bajaj fin customer care but ivr not allowed to register the complaint.

                                I never interacted any bajaj company guy for loan/etc so how come this happened.

                                Need immediate refund otherwise i will file a complaint!

                                  Today (17-sep-2020) i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my hdfc saving account.

                                  I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

                                  Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

                                  I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

                                  I expect the amount to be credited to my hdfc account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

                                    This is with regard to the amount of rs. 295 which was debited from my sbi account by bajaj finance for not maintaining the required amount when the last date for payment of the approved loan had already been paid only on 02.08.2020. However, in spite of the said payment two deductions were made subsequently on 08.09.2020 and 16.09.2020.
                                    It is therefore humbly prayed that bajaj finserv shall return/ reverse the said amount to a total of rs. 590/- to the said sbi bank account at the earliest.
