Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-

Hi,
I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

I md mahmudul haque tarafder to the customer of bajaj finance company, i am very disappointed and unsatisfied for his behaviour, i want to foreclose of my home loan and top up loan, already i request one month ago, to send me the details of my foreclose procedure, but no one can answer, i have so many emails send the bajaj finance official site, [protected]@bajaj, and also send grivence..,. But no one can help. So please help me the short out my problems

    Bajaj finserv is committing fraud in deducting amount of Rs.117 from my account in hdfc bank without any ongoing relations. Please take severe action against them or help us file legal complaint on this fraud team.
    They are not answering calls or mails in this regard.

      Chaged 6954 rupees as bounce charges in lockdown period for payment miss for 1 week only and they charged 2 to 3 times for single emi in one week even though i paid all my premiums manually they charged bounce charges as 6954 rupees
      They didn’t provided customer support and not responded to my emails to opt moratorium
      They don’t have customer support till now
      Again their agents calling and saying that still charges are pending and talking in a rude manner
      For refund of my charges i sent 10’s of mails but they didn’t reverted
      Still they are asking extra amount how much i need to pay
      Help for refund of my debited charges

        There is an ecs charges has been deducted for rs.117 from my citibank account with below details i do not have any ongoing relation with bajaj never expecting any charges by bajaj or keb hana bank. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank.

        Can you refund my my amount back. Seems like my details are shared by bajaj

            My name is gaurav and i took a personal loan from bajaj finserve. I submitted my instalments and also submitted my money in advance when i was not available in the local area. But when i came back i saw they logged in 3 to 4 times every time and the money was deducted unnecessarily. Every time when i credited money in my own account it shows my balance in minus. Even now i finished my balance. Also, the bank deducted my money and when i ask they said its all the fault of bajaj finserve bcz after the finish of my loan they deducted my instalment and also charged a penalty. Its really very weird behaviour and actions from bajaj finserve. Thanks if you will take action against bajaj finserve.

              Hi..

              My account is debited with inr 117, which i have not given any authorization, this is looking to be very dangerous. Please take this as utmost serous complaint and revert with necessary clarifications.

                I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

                I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

                Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

                    Yesterday i got an sms telling Bajaj -finemi-bf has deducted rs.117 from my bank account. I do not hav any relationship with Bajaj FinServ nor have i taken any loan or card. This is a fraudulent transaction.

                        My policy renewal successfully but still my claim was cancelled due to i have auto renewal my emi but not deducted in my account after renewal my policy by bajaj finance.

                                I filed a tds return for interest deducted by bajaj finserv during jan, feb and march 2020. After that i mailed and raised the request on their portal several times for refund but they are not returning the amount even after sending them the form 16. Kindly help and ask them to refund the amount as soon as possible. I have been mailing them since 19/6/2020....
