My name is pradeep kumar anumala. I had opened an emi account with bajaj fin serv sometime in 2014. I was initially told that the account was for free and there won't be any charges. But they started auto debiting annual fees of inr 100. On june 8th, 2017 i raised a service request against them to block my account and stop charging me. They responded saying they blocked my card but they still kept charging me. I have attached the screenshot of their response. When i try to reach out to them now, they are saying my mail id is not registered. I have no way to reach out to them as i am not using the registered mobile number any more. The company is cheating many others in the same fashion. Please take a strict action against this company.

      Sir bajaj fineserv has activated health card service without my consent and amount deducted from my account of 707 rs on 29/06/20. My mobile number is [protected]. Please ask them to deactivate my health service and refund my amount.
      Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      They become dumband deaf after the money is deducted.

      Stay awya from bajaj and stay Safe they are danger than Covid.

        Bajaj fineserv forcibly activated service and deducted 707 rs from my account.. I have never requested to activate such service. Please tell me the procedure to file consumer complaint against bajaj fineserv or ask them to refund my money immediately. My number is [protected]

          Rs. 117 has been debited from my axis account (Savings acount number - [protected], name - m. Mohanalakshmi) on 24.06.2020 without my knowledge. I dont have any pending or active loan going on.

          Revert back the amount into my account at the earliest.

            Hi,
            My name is rajeev maurya, i had a loan for my bike around 7 years back and that was closed. At that time also they debited over amount from my account. I complaint and i was not listened and provided my money back.

            Today i was again charged after 7 years and the transaction says bajaj fin serve emi. What??? I even don't have that bike anymore, the loan was closed 5+ years back. How come they take benefit of my account details if they have. This is fraud and i want to sue the company for this. They are robbing people.

              I have approved 12 lac loan from bajaj finserv and use some amount and paying interest without fail even they have blocked my drawdown when i need very urgent medical emergency.

              They taken lots of charges when sanctioned amount.

              Please help me to unlock my loan account.

                I have paid an over due of rs 3197/- and 800/- on 10.06.2020 but when i am checking my over due amount in my registered mobile no. Till it is showing overdue of rs.3197/- i paid already on 10.06.2020 and i have received the message on mobile against loan a/c no. H5rdpfs669566

                So kindly check the matter as early as possible

                  I got marketing call from bajaj fineserv and they told me to take the health card to which i rejected... But they are sending me sms that health card is activated and amount will be deducted from my account.. It's a systematic loot of public money.. Bajaj fineserv is activating services without my consent.. Please look in the issue my number is [protected]

                    An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.
                    They apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                      I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on date 24.06.2020. I would like to inform that i have not purchased any thing from bajaj card. Then why bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-without any information.

                      My humble request with bajaj finance team to return the amounts of rs.117/- without any further delay. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

                      I was also charged same amount from my hdfc Bank on the same date.

                      The transaction says BAJAJ FINEMI-BF[protected]. I had my bike loan with them around 7 years back and that was closed at that time.

                      This company is misusing the bank information that we have provided. Bajaj FIn serve please give us our money back.

                            Cam mandate bajaj finserv deducted 4999/-rs from my sbi account without any information, any call, no permission
                            I clear my all emi regularly then why should it happen???
                            Just only because of we are faith on you and taking loan from you we provide you all our bank documents and details so that when ever you want you can make online transaction.
                            Plz i requested to bajaj team don't do such type of transaction and refund my amount,

                              I've a monthly EMI of Rs 2292 for purchased a laptop from Galaxy computech private limited at kolkata on 24/12/2019. Bajaj Finserve agent asked me for down-payment of Rs 10352 and rest amount will charge as EMI. The invoice total of laptop is Rs 27500. They are now charging 8 EMI of Rs 2292 each. Then total amount is 8 * 2292 = 18336 + 10352 = 28688. I've to pay more Rs[protected] = 1188 than invoice. though Bajaj finserve agent told me it is 0% finance.
                              sir i'm a student and this extra and unauthorized charged amount is very hard earnings to me. Consumer Forum is the very useful safeguard to middle class and backward students like us.
                              sir i shall very pleased if you solve my concern.

                                Myself ranjit wakode i m staying in ambernath. I took bajaj finserv ltd personal & consumer loan. I haved 3 months moratorium because of covid 19, but bajaj finserv given me only 2 months moratorium months of april & may 2020. Bajaj finserv put this months (June 2020) installment in my account and due to insufficient balance my emi wased bounce.

                                Bajaj finserv sale executive called me to pay the installment months of june 2020, i asked him 3 months moratorium, how did you give me 2 months moratorium. Sales executive says he does not know anything and he told me that you have to pay the emi. When i asked him again about moratorium, he started talking to me in a threatening voice that, when i asked him his name, he called his name vikas wankhede from thane branch and tell phone number is - [protected]

                                  I am using bajaj finserv card since last 2 years and paying all the emi and charges on time. But yesterday i found in my sbi satement that company has debited rs.707/- as cmp mandatr debit bajaj finance ltd.
                                  I don't know what about is this and company has not informed me neither through call nor any massage.
                                  I want my money to return in account

                                    Sbi charg for failed mandate txnbajaj finance l 295 *11 times. Incident was occure on 21/07/2019 because of bank issue i was able to check my transaction details, ijust got my transaction details. Why this was happen, one of the baja poc said befor 6th if you pay there will be no additional charge, but today from account 295*11 times it was dr please refund the amount asap,

                                      With the purchase of apple i phone xr on bajaj finance as a part of the scheme i was supposed to get vouchers for 1600 which included bigbazar, book my show and, mobiwik and netflix which i have still not got
