I have taken a loan amount of rs.25 lakhs at 14% interest rate, still have all audio records with the agents and my short term loan requirement. Clearly called out i will close the loan in 3 months and both agents i dealt with recommended me a hybrid flexi personal loan product suitable for my short term need and told from 3ed day no charges if i repay. I was happy but when i repaid all my loan and as well paid monthly interest for 4 installments now they quote 4.72% of overall loan amount as foreclosure charges which is exorbitant and unethical.     My account statement also showing ecs debit paid paid to bajaj rs 117 from my citibank account. I am wondering how citibank is approved this ecs with out my cheque. Sure, it is new big scam. Please refund my amount.

      I have taken bajaj finserv personal loan but at the time of loan processing bajaj executive never told me about the credit vidya fees. But after disbursement of loan they have deducted 5499/- from my loan which is incorrect.
      So please cancel the credit vidya fees and refund to my account.

            I am taking a loan from baja finserv for which i have to clear in 3 months emi 2 months due paid, but they have opted for a moratorium for my 3rd due which i don’t want to because it was my last due.
            I also have learned that those who have opted for moratorium they have to pay a bit more than their general dues for opting moratorium. Why they have opted moratorium on behalf of me & blocked my emi card? I mail them even tried calling the cs team but there was no response from the other side.
            So i log-in to their portal & made online payment for my final due (Rs 1783) in order to close my loan a/c my online transaction id is[protected].
            But till today i haven’t received any payment confirmation nor my loan a/c closure confirmation.
            Meanwhile, i often used to get unnecessary calls from their cs team for opening a health insurance/opting for a new loan but when i used to tell about my problem they used to say that “ sir this is not my department” even when i asked them to connect me to the responsible department they use to make excuses. Below i have attached my payment transaction of my last due please check.

            I just need confirmation that my loan a/c is closed or not? & also want that my emi card should be unblocked.

            I got a call today from [protected] claiming that he's calling me from Bajaj Finserv Customer care, he was very ridiculous & unprofessional sending me some kind of codes on my number & asking me for it I don't feel right so when I denied to share him the codes he used abusive languages yelling me that we'll impose you fine for complaining about their company...Shame on you Baja Finserv (You're appointing Goons for threatening your, Customers)

              Respected sir/madam,

              This is in regards to my salaried loan with bajaj finserve
              Loan number - 404spl25830776
              Pending loan amount - 147990 as on 18th may 2020
              Roi - 13%.

              As on today my loan amount increases to 1.76 lacs with out my notice. I don't have any sort of communication over email or a phone call.

              I am a salaried employee and my salaries are unpaid for quite sometime. Being a single parent earning, and staying in a rented house with no other income, it is difficult for me at this moment to pay emi's.

              Had applied for moratorium, but it does not mean, they can add what ever they want. I need justice here. As the situation is too bad, it will take atleast 1 year to get a new job and start paying my dues. Request your intervention here please.

              I have almost paid 4.29 lacs so far for a loan amount of 4.12 lacs. These financers are just bribing people and misusing this situation.
              Pls do the needful.

                  Hi,

                  I have missed to maintaining the amount in Bajaj finserv emi in icici bank.

                  First time ecs returned then they are without intimation again put in collections in icici bank

                  They tried 3 time without my knowledge and ESC returned again and again.

                  I Dnt know why they are doing like this if they are proper communicating means 2 time I have maintained but they are intimate.

                  Again I have paid my emi amount in month of 15 April.

                  EMI amount is Rs : 1499

                  Bounced charges RS : 2655

                  Bajaj finance charged intrest Rs : 450

                  I Dnt know why doing like this.

                  Banking stright forward told to RBI but banking cheated people.

                  RBI NOTICED lockdown period not applicable for bouncing charges and cibil scores

                  Already people struggle this lockdown period without jobs.

                  Understand public suitation.

                  I am customer on past 4 years I have paid every month with delay but this lockdown some financial suitation I am unable to maintain.

                  Before putting collections just one call but you people without putting collection continuesly 3 time
                  ( 6 April, 7 April and 9 April)

                  But you putting collections is April but my emi date is 5 April

                  And charged for interest also Rs : 450

                  Bajaj finance kindly let me know with out intimate and with out asking amount availability or not how you could putting collections ecs again and again
                  for frequent date in icici bank.

                  They charged penalties for ecs return charges it comes what I need to pay the emi for double of the amount in one month.

                  And you also charged for extra intrest.

                  Past 4 years I am being in your customer any time missed my due.

                  Could you please refund my amount.

                  Not only Your company and your company employees are stuck with lockdown suitation.
                  Money earning Posiblity very less.

                  RBI noticed consider about delay emi and morotation emi means they have been charged applicable for intrest.

                  I have paid emi for in the month of 15 April but

                  What I am asking?

                  I am already communicate with my concern Bank regarding ecs return charges but they are asking Bajaj finserv why they are making ecs collections in frequent date 6, 7 and 9.

                  First time ecs has returned then why again and again making ecs transaction.

                  Concern Bank asking question and they are told ecs has automated.

                  This happens in your employer mistake.

                  Why I am lose my amount?

                  Logically thinking.

                  You have intrest charged for Rs 450 for missed I understand.

                  Concern Bank charged for only panalty Rs : 2655

                  This amount because of you only they are charged.

                  Could you please any only help me.

                  I am asking right question.

                    I am paying the emi rs. 23571/- & rs. 15969/- of aforesaid loan regularly. However, i am not able to pay the emi due to the impact of the disruptions of account of covid-19 pandemic.

                    Presently i’m working in coffee day global ltd (Ccd) (Restaurant sector), due to lockdown from pan india, our all ccd outlets are closed still 7th june 20.

                    Still, now, i’m not getting the salary form april & may 2020, (Management told to us, salaries paying in the month of the end of june or july 2020).

                    I seek relief in terms of rbi guidelines issued in this regard and request you to grant me a moratorium of two months for payment of all installments of my aforesaid loan accounts that are falling due between may 1, 2020, and june 30, 2020

                      All this amount is deducted from my icici bank account in the name of bajaj finserv emi.
                      I called bajaj customer care they said they got emi on time no bounce charge on month of march but icici charged rs 590×2 on april month and because of this deduction iam unable to pay emi on time (April) and due to lockdown i can't reach bank branch.
                      But however i paid emi on 26 april 2020.
                      And when i contacted to icici branch they said bajaj finserv is hitting your cheque again and again its not our fault.
                      And now bank deduting amount in name of emi bounce (April month) as bajaj customer care said they only charged one time 450rs but bank charge in interval of 5days 590rs.
                      I don't know who is right and whose wrong and between this my amount is deducting and facing all issue. They both blamming each other.

                        Hello sir / madam

                        Since last three years, i have been paying interest to the bajaj finserv without fail.

                        My loan account no. 403spf82145130, (Name - kt vijayababu)

                        From april month, have sent a request to get the moratorium benefit, but they have not replied and not consider anything.in the month of may, i am unable to pay the amount on the due date. Therefore, they have charged rs. 1320, late fee and penalty charges as well. Even, government has announced that, they should not charge late fees to the customer in this covid19 situation, but they are not considering anything.

                        I have sent lots of emails, but they are not ready to wave off and finally they ask me to pay 50% late fee and penalty charges.

                        I am really not happy with the behavior of the bank. My request to wave off the amount rs. 1350 completely. And also, the government should take necessary action to these kinds of bank.

                        I hope, this will reach to you and get resolved as soon as.

                          Dear sir
                          Affter declare lockdown by central government. That time our finance minister announced all emi related guidelines finance minister says 1st march to 31st may in that period every emi postpone to 3 month if in this period represents any ecs /ach in that bank and if this ecs was bounced so no deduct any bounce charge. But here in this my account 3 time bounce charges deduct on month of april. So i request you pls check this and pls refund this charges

                              I have brought a bajaj emi from bajaj finserv of some item but i have paid all the emi auto debited from my icici account but bajaj finserv have charged me rs590 in the name of auto nach and if i enquire with the bajaj they are blaming they have not received any such amount in the account instead they are asking to enquire with the bank and bank also blaming the same vice versa.

                                Hi there,

                                I have my Salaried Flexi personal loan running with Bajaj Finance. To my surprise I have received a SMS stating Bajaj has processed moratorium request for me, unfortunately I haven't asked for any moratorium.

                                I am really unsatisfied with their poor service and I am not sure how these guys are guys operating like this because these guys are imposing moratorium without even me raising a request.

                                I have raised so many requests to cancel my moratorium and detect EMI but nothing has been considered. I highly recommend to avoid these guys.
                                My EMI was 5317 rs and all of a sudden they started deducting 11545 Rs as EMI with out taking my approval. They not even notified me about these changes.
                                Very irresponsible people in Bajaj Finance, they not even think about the condition of the people due to current situation.

                                I DO NOT RECOMMEND BAJAJ FINANCE FOR ANY KIND OF LOANS.

                                    I have a complaint regarding my flexi loan account :456giffv673284.
                                    As per your advance payment policy, if i make an advance payment before 28th of previous month for due date 2nd of next month will not hit my bank account.
                                    According to this policy i made advance payment on 23rd may of rs. 2869 advance payment which was required to pay and i got a successful payment message on my mobile.
                                    But i am getting message that, please maintain your bank account balance for june month emi? Which i have already paid.
                                    Please look into this matter and its not first time, they have blocked my account number and also part payment feature has been disabled, so i can't make part payment and they can take interest charges forever.

                                    And now they have applied bounce charges of Rs. 3401 which is absolutely wrong. I don't want ECS with this company as don't have trust now. They deduct money from bank without any prior information. But they are not resolving my issue, when asking to provide alternate method to make EMI. They just want to make ECS anyhow to deduct money illegally.

                                      I have emi of 1580rs only that is scheduled on 2nd of evrymonth. But on 30th may 1160rs were deducted from my account unnecessarily from bajaj finserve.
                                      What kind of deduction is this? I did not opt for ang moratorium.
                                      I need my refund its hard earned money please take care o[censored]r services.

                                        I have taken printer from flipkart through bajaj finserv, due to covid 19 issue i am not able to pay one emi for april 2020 as gvt. Announce 3 months moratorium for 3 month, i expected my one emi was extended.

                                        I informed same to baja customer care, but unexpected baja as tried to deduct ecs 7 times in month of april 2020 and deducted rs590 seven times from my account not immediately, they have deducted 5 times on may 27th and 2 times on starting week of may.
