    Hi team,

    Bajaj finserv such a big lending institution is not able to provide moratorium to me after placing 10 requests for the same and they are continuously presenting the cheques to my account which are getting bounced. They presented the cheque almost 4 times costing me 1200 rs.

    Is anyone facing this issues with bajaj finserv.

    Their support system is dead and i just received an email saying that bajaj finserv we care email box is full.

    This is pathetic and absolute rubbish in the face of pandemic situation.

    Please help..

      I have taken credit card form Bajaj Finserv and I made my bill payment for the month of April before due date though online payment "SBIPG[protected]CCA"(transition ID). Even After payment I am getting calls and message form Bajaj Finserv saying my credit payment is due. I am trying to call Bajaj Finserv complaint number to repot a complaint on this issue but complaint number is not working due to lock down. This call and message is creating a problem to me kindly consider and do the needful.

          I have been writing to bajaj since almost a month since lockdown started but hardly got a response on any platform like mail, facebook, twitter i tried to ask for help everywhere but this pathetic company dint bothered anywhere in such an urgent need of its consumer anywhere even once. Problem being they freeze my loan account number 401hfbfa758191 for all the ten lacs i reserved in that for emergency and this was the emergency situation i have been suffering from right now. Initially they responded that due to my credit analysis, payment to other loan account and some verification its freezed which was just fooling around. Next day i send them all details because my cibil has even increased, no single payment has been late till day, all verifification was duly done by them in august while providing loan and as a customer i has full right to information as well as it hurt my ego as well because fact being i used their money hardly for 20-25 days since august but paid them full processing fees and charges so its my choice when to use money and now the time arised i wanted to use the funds they are not even replying me and they don't have a clear answer for me but i want that money back for which i paid the fees and it was given for 5 years but found that this company is not reliable at all because i am suffering from certain situations for which i have kept this fund safe which is actually blocked by them completely without any reason.

            My loan account no.5U1ECFFT306881 amounting to Rs 6990 was closed on 30/03/2020. However Bajaj Finserv deducted further emi from my Union Bank of India account on 4/4/2020. I received an SMS stating that if any further amount of EMI is deducted, the same shall be refunded within 15 days. Despite several emails, I have not received back my refund.

              Hi, im amit,

              On november 2019, i received a call from bajaj finserv customer care, offering me a bajaj elite membership for life time in 5000 inr.

              As im a satisfied customer of bajaj finserv, i took the offer and payed 5000 inr from my bajaj wallet in 3 emi of 1783 inr. Until today i didnot get any update on the card and neither i received the bajaj elite membership card.

              So im requesting you to please look into this matter and do the needful earliest.

              Deduction of emi image is attached.

                i sended a request to make it active @wecare
                i got a reply saying card was temporary blocked 90 days.
                i just wanted to know how much time do i have to wait for new products purchase .

                        On 16th march 2020 suddenly i saw 117 inr was unwanted deducted from "bajaj finemi-bf-xxxxxx92". When checked with my bank i came to know that long back in yr. 2015 i had taken a consumer loan which was settled in few months by end of 2015, and this was linked to that.

                        This is a siphoning fraud being done and of course bank lacks controls which i am dealing separately.

                        It seems that some one else is using the details which i shared with finserv, and possibly using my pan card or aadhar card # for further verification or loan emi transnational request to my bank.
                        Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        They have done the same with me. Have your issue been resolved??

                              I was recently purchased cruise-1.5ton ac (Worth 34500/-) on emi from bajaj finaserv ltd.,
                              And cpp liv care service worth 899/-rupees with 8 emi's, was activated for my account without my authorization.

                              I want to cancel that insurance or the service which is activated.

                                  I brought laptop on emi & in the month of april I paid the whole emi to the Bajaj finserv they gave me NOC also & now they r deucting the amount on the name of CMP mandate of the bank. Just now they deducted RS 589- from my account this finance company is also not safe .

                                    I am e ramanjaneyulu regular customer of bajaj finance ltd. I am paying regular emi s on bajaj finance with out any information they deducted the amount 1180/- rs on[protected] it means bajaj finance is doing fraud to the customers i called one of the executive of bajaj finance but there is no response from them i also gone to bajaj local office and they also telling that is not our problem it is belongs to state bank of india.
