My bajaj EMI Card ( no. [protected]) is shown inactive in the details section.
i sended a request to make it active @wecare
i got a reply saying card was temporary blocked 90 days.
i just wanted to know how much time do i have to wait for new products purchase .

    I have been writing to bajaj since almost a month since lockdown started but hardly got a response on any platform like mail, facebook, twitter i tried to ask for help everywhere but this pathetic company dint bothered anywhere in such an urgent need of its consumer anywhere even once. Problem being they freeze my loan account number 401hfbfa758191 for all the ten lacs i reserved in that for emergency and this was the emergency situation i have been suffering from right now. Initially they responded that due to my credit analysis, payment to other loan account and some verification its freezed which was just fooling around. Next day i send them all details because my cibil has even increased, no single payment has been late till day, all verifification was duly done by them in august while providing loan and as a customer i has full right to information as well as it hurt my ego as well because fact being i used their money hardly for 20-25 days since august but paid them full processing fees and charges so its my choice when to use money and now the time arised i wanted to use the funds they are not even replying me and they don't have a clear answer for me but i want that money back for which i paid the fees and it was given for 5 years but found that this company is not reliable at all because i am suffering from certain situations for which i have kept this fund safe which is actually blocked by them completely without any reason.

      My cpp telebinding policy number is IM4845007, my emi will start from 02-may-2020 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

      Also i tried to update my email id through bajaj finance customer login but not able to update at my end so please update it as

        This is to inform you that i bought a mobile phone from a retailer through bajaj finserv no cost emi policy. It will be charged every month from my andhra bank account my next payment date is[protected] during the lockdown i have insufficient balance in my account. So therefore i request you please stop my emi for three months due to pandemics coronavirus asper govt. Notification.           On 16th march 2020 suddenly i saw 117 inr was unwanted deducted from "bajaj finemi-bf-xxxxxx92". When checked with my bank i came to know that long back in yr. 2015 i had taken a consumer loan which was settled in few months by end of 2015, and this was linked to that.

          This is a siphoning fraud being done and of course bank lacks controls which i am dealing separately.

          It seems that some one else is using the details which i shared with finserv, and possibly using my pan card or aadhar card # for further verification or loan emi transnational request to my bank.

            Covid-19 ke vajah se rbi ke taraf se 3 month ke liye kisi bhi prakar ka emi per koi charge nahin lagaya jayega
            Covid-19 lockdown aur government ke aadesh se ham bank nahin ja paya 5 din let hone ke karan mujhe bajaj financer ₹-3539 ka fine lagaya gaya hai aur bajaj financer customer care se baat nahin ho pa raha hai please aap action lijiye sir aur mera fine ka paisa return karvane ka kasht karen thank you.

                I was recently purchased cruise-1.5ton ac (Worth 34500/-) on emi from bajaj finaserv ltd.,
                And cpp liv care service worth 899/-rupees with 8 emi's, was activated for my account without my authorization.

                I want to cancel that insurance or the service which is activated.

                    I brought laptop on emi & in the month of april I paid the whole emi to the Bajaj finserv they gave me NOC also & now they r deucting the amount on the name of CMP mandate of the bank. Just now they deducted RS 589- from my account this finance company is also not safe .

I am paying regular emi s on bajaj finance with out any information they deducted the amount 1180/- rs on[protected] it means bajaj finance is doing fraud to the customers i called one of the executive of bajaj finance but there is no response from them i also gone to bajaj local office and they also telling that is not our problem it is belongs to state bank of india.

                          As per your guidelines for moratorium period I have sent many request and reminder on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in for moratorium period of my personal loan and home loan from MARCH 20 TO MAY 20 accordingly. Sir after many and reminders m not getting any updates from there side regarding this matter.
                          Also sir before EMI deduction date I have sent mail them to inform that I want moratorium period, after that also they have deducted my EMI.
                          Sir kindly do the needful am alone earning member in family as due to COVID-19 lockdown my husband had great losses in his business.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have purchased a lenovo laptop with the bajaj finserv card customer id[protected] with the loan account number :- 423dpffs454124.

                              Now there is a new loan emi added to my account by the name digital cpp telebinding with given loan account
                              Number :- 423dtbft721149.

                              But there was no word about tihs type of loan when i registered for my laptop loan. So please deactivate this activation
                              And remove this extra charges from my account. I don't want to pay this amount request for refund 1st debited emi of ammount 588 rupees.

                              Kindly, take a look on my issue and solve it as fast as you can.

                                    Bajaj finserv deduct my bounce ecs charges from my account .They add penalty in my loan account.Their executive call me again and again.today i pay 450 as penalty charges along wid my 1768 rs emi.They didnot obey d rules of RBI .They deduct everyone emis in india.kindly see in d matter.in lockdown we dont hv money to pay their emis.
