Bajaj Finserv — bajaj emi card active - not able to transaction | |||
I have bajaj card and paid also for same when i received this card but it very hard to do transaction anywhere. I made the transaction on makemytrip and my transaction canceled even my card is active, also have fund in my card. I sent the mail regarding this to wecare bajaj, and received the reply, due to policy line you can't make any transaction we let you know by sms. I don't the policy and when i got the card didn't get any policy line letter so i aware for same? My payment record is excellent and from the last 4 years on emi bounce what bought from card They only harrassed to the customer, I paid to services and not getting good services, bajaj service is very bad and one more thing, you never receive any sms from bajaj that you are eligalle for transaction only payment reminders sms and call you will receive from bajaj. My Card is blocked without any reason and i had great repayment history of every product purchased . Please respect the good customer and unblock my card my registered number is [protected].
