My name is ashwin mhatre. My cutomer id is 13338971. My registerde mobile number is [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I want to purchase another product but i have received mail that my card is blocked due to pdc bounce. But i don't understand why my card is blocked because i have enough balance in my bank account from last 2 months. The emi has not timely cut from your side from last 2 months due to this i have to pay extra penalty for this; this is a very disgusting service. I have called to your representative, but it has no options to speak with him. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.
This is not a good customer service.
It's second time from last 4 months my card is blocked. I request you please activate my card.
Kindly resolve this issue.
