I am an old customer of bajaj emi card, i purchased some product from bajaj on emis due to some issue my linked bank account closed and emi bounced but i paid emi by paytm in the same month. I have sent the mail regarding this issue to bajaj 2 -3 times, how to change my bank account but didn't get any good reply, below i received the reply of mail. We would like to inform you that the ecs won't be removed it will be there in the account, request you to make the payment between the period of 14th to 25th every month. Regards, Bajaj fiserv . Every time they said do payment 14 -25 between, i did the payment also as per the last discussion they sending a link for the new bank account but i have not received the link and i did my payment on 2nd of may. Today i have received the mail from customer care regarding my emi card and we blocked your card permanently blocked due to an irregular payment pattern. If bajaj has all recording what i have discussed i suggest please check all recording and emails carefully. I am paying all my emails in the same month and bajaj finserv is a big company and they have not a good system for bank account updates so this is not my fault Why my card blocked anybody can give the answer if customer asking again and again about how to add the account My card last digit 6339 Last service request no is sr13403707.
