Respected sir /madam, With reference to the above mentioned subject this is to bring to your notice i regret to inform you that on 16/08/2015 i have purchased samsung refrigerator from kohinoor showroom, santacruz branch through bajaj finserv and also paid extra inr.300.00 for emi card. Since two years has been passed once i. E. On dec 2015 unable to receive because that time i am not present. So i therefore request again in the year jan’2016 to resend it. From your office told me that i will receive emi card after few months, and also received a mail of delivery of emi card but still i have not receive emi. I am very much disappointed about your services and response. Details of emi card all i know is my registered mob.
