Bajaj Finserv — Cancel the CPP membership policy and refund the deducted amount

I have purchased a mobile phone by bajaj emi card with 6 month emi, but at the time of purchase I clearly checked that I do not need of extended warranty, and after few days when I checked the bajaj app I saw loan of mobile phone and its details and NOT found any extended warranty, but when I got the reminder massage of EMI I looked it there is showing an extended warranty loan is added to my account without asking me, my mobile phone's EMI is 2165 Rs and I got the massage of 2765/-.how can you do this, I am the person who is responsible to pay EMI AND HOW IS IT possible to add a loan with 6 month EMI to my account. The EMI of 2765 is deducted but I want my money back of 600/- and cancel this membership policy as soon as possible..If this is not resolved by here I will surely look into next steps and complaint this in consumer forum. I don't need that extended warranty and its loan.
