[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — charged money but didn't process the emi card

Hi,

I was trying to apply for emi card using my mobile and did payment using my credit card on 25th jan 2018 but after that i never revived any confirmation from bajaj finance my details and the screenshot of my credit card statement for your reference.

What is this why am i not getting any info on the same. It is almost 49 days and you people told me that my card in process and i will get it in 45 days. Please reverse my payments will appreciate not to have a card.
