[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Collection harassment | |||||
I has a consumer loan for 27000 and my emi was 2700 per month. After one month when I received emi notification I came to know I was charged 3500 every month without intimation. Then I came to know I was given a insurance which I never opt in. I went to the store and told them I am over charged and I want to see the form where I signed for insurance and they said they never signed us for any insurance . I fought with bajaj finserv for the same and no one gave resolution . I finally dint pay the last emi and they never gave any notice from there onwards. Now after 3 year I got a call from a girl claiming to be a lawyer from Bajaj and stated that tomorrow I have to come to the court as they have filed a legat case. And also threatened me that I may loose my job for this. They gave me just 3 hrs to arrange cash and kept calling and torturing me for that 3 hrs. I finally some how arranged 20000 and paid and it's second day they are calling me multiple times and asking to pay the rest.
