Bajaj Finserv — complain about an issue with a bajaj employee | |||
I had purchased an mi tv with bajaj finance. The employees name is suman poddar. I politely asked him for a rule book and he is like whatever i say is the rule and if you dont follow just leave the tv you dont need to purchase. Is this the way bajaj treats its customers. And if this is so this i the last time i am using bajaj finance. I want strict action to be take against that employee. The mi store is located i sal lake swimming pool sector 1. Without my knowledge a loan has been debited from my account for last 6 month. Loan account no 402CTB 10007525 for RS 2447.00 with monthly emi 347.00 for 7 months. I do not know about it. Please do needful for returning of my hard earned money.
