Bajaj Finserv — complaining about the executing talking rashly using irritating words with my parents | |||
Hi, this is karthick meiyappan am working in chennai. On my mothers name we bought a tv using bajaj finance with 9 month emi payments. We almost paid 8 emi payments on proper dates and all. Last month final due amount due to family critical reasons it makes delay for us to pay, we provided the reasons to them as we will pay with the fine amount once we get the payment on our end. But the collection executive person mr. Chandru [protected] continuously disturbing during midnight hours also inclusing whatsappa messages also he is speaking badly and send us and as the same in my village also he will daily go and continously taking photos of my home and send that in my whatsapp and making continuous tortures for us. One payment final is pending on our end that payment we will pay in one or two days once we get payment and close it out. For that amount that guy is talking harshly with my mom and including me. Continuously calling and irritating us and talking badly. I already took washing machine in chennai for that only i preferred this for tv as we took in my home. But only on that sivaganagai branch mainly this guy is talking harshly and using badly words with the customers. My mom is very upset because of his words. Please take necessary action related to this mainly on this guy. Like this type of persons are treating customers badly then how we will prefer others on this. Our tv loan number is 6q4rcd96892551.
