Bajaj Finserv — complaint for deducting money from my bank | |
Myself suneetha ankala a customer of bajaj finserv registered with ph. No: [protected] On[protected] = 295 rs (Reason mandate fail txn dt. 03/02/18. When my loan also completed. After 1 year why you people deducting) On[protected] = 295 rs (Reason mandate fail txn dt. 05/12/17. When my loan also completed. After 1 year why you people deducting) On[protected] = 295 rs (Reason mandate fail txn dt. 04/09/17. When my loan also completed. After 1 year why you people deducting) I have already cleared both the above emis. After clearness of 1 year you people are deducted. I raised a email also to this email [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on sep-24-18. But no one will responding to mails. Then how customers quires will solve. I am really dissatisfied with customer support. Requesting you to take proper actions against the issue and help me in getting my money (885/-) back to my linked bank account.
