Bajaj Finserv — consumer loan[protected]

Myself shambhu s bhattacharjee, have taken consumer loan acct number –[protected] in 2007. Now after 11 years i come to know an over due amount of rs 1854 last week, while applying for a loan. I wanted to highlight the fact that i was having 4 other loans with bajaj where there was no outstanding & for this account i never received a call or email about any intimation for making payment. Even when i called customer care they were not even knowing about this account, and kept on telling you have no loans pending. Now when i provided them loan account number, representative told that you have 1 overdue and total outstanding with interest is rs 30450. I think this is really unfair to consumer.in last 11 year no one bother to call / email and just kept adding interest, it’s non-compliant. And most important fact they have uploaded this data in 2018 in cibil, prior to this i got all my loans approved without any hassle. I need a resolution for this..
