[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — CPP Membership Applied without my consent | |
Dear Bajaj Finserv Team, I have purchased a mobile, loan a/c 456ETBGJ295416. But ecom cpp telebinding has activated. It has been made without my consent. I received a message stating that "CPP Membership applied with loan a/c no. 456ETBGJ295416 is currently in process. Membership name: CPP ASSET CARE, Membership owner name: MO ISARAR, Premium: Rs. 1, 924" As i mentioned above that it is activated without my consent, i didn't receive any confirmation call or anything for activating that. I request you to please cancel that membership and refund my amount whichever is deducted. I don't want that membership so please cancel that at your end. I already complaint about that via call. I hope you understand my circumstances. Please sort this out on high priority before first EMI date. My account in the name of Mo Isarar. Was this information helpful? | |
