[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — credit card blocked unnecessarily

Hi Bajaj Team,

I Have received my Bajaj EMI Card in blocked state, I have contacted many times to customer support but I didn't receive a proper solution. I always get a reply that my CIBIL score is below 750. I want to clarify this again, that my twin brothers information is mixed with my info, that's the reason my CIBIL score went low. Please reactivate my card so that I can buy something and increase my CIBIL score.
