Dear sir/mam, Sub: fraudulent and unethical financial practices In reference to the above subject, i would like to state as under:- 1. That i have taken a loan from the bajaj finserv, jaipur on 2nd september, 2017.in respect to the same, i received welcome letter, sanction letter and other related loan disbursement documents on my registered e-mail id (Loan id 419prf[protected]. 2. That the details and the conditions mentioned in the above documents are entirely different from those which were committed by the sales executive of bajaj finserv mr. Dharmendra mobile no [protected] and rahul khandelwal (Mobile no [protected]). 3. That i have applied for the loan in terms of od form without availing the draw down facility for the period of two years. Your executive mr. Dharmendra committed us for the same and got the relevant documents signed by giving us assurance for the sanction of loan of rs. 7, 00, 000 @ r. O. I 13.5% with the bank processing fees (Including all the bank and insurance charges) @ of.5% of the sanction amount. All the papers were signed by me before sanctioning loan as i was convinced by your staff that all the conditions which i desired would be fulfill. 4. That all the above process of signing the loan processing documents, giving my kyc for the purpose of loan was carried out by me on the trust and faith entrusted in the bajaj finserv. All the processing and meeting was done by mr. Dharmendra and mr. Rahul on behalf of the bajaj finserv in the capacity of the employee. 5. That i was shocked and surprised when i saw the welcome and sanction letter. The conditions mentioned in the same for the loan was entirely different. The loan was sanctioned of the amount of rs. 7, 03, 500 for five years instead of rs. 7, 00, 000 for two years. The total processing charges was more than the commitment of 1.5% of the sanctioned amount. I have received only rs. 6, 91, 000 after the deduction of processing charges from the loan amount of rs. 7, 03, 500. The loan was sanctioned as a flexi with the draw down facility which is like a term loan instead as required in the form of o. D. 6. That this type of fraudulent practice is really intolerable and unethical. These types of false representations in sanctioning the loan by the company are totally misleading and influential in nature. 7. That this shows the company is involved in such unethical malpractices and making the consumers fool by taking the advantage of their unawareness and trust on the company policies and employees. 8. That these activities carried out by the company for promoting its business are the willful defaults committed by the company with the malafide intention. 9. That this is truly a fake commitment of influencing the public by taking the advantage of the brand name "bajaj". 10. That i am a victim of this fraudulent activity and it is causing me a great mental distress. It is requested that please help me out in changing the terms and conditions of loan as mutually decided originally by issuing the fresh documents as soon as possible. Please do the needful. After the sanction of loan, i approached to mr. Dharmendra and his senior many times. They gave me assurance to revise the conditions again. But after that they neither picked my call nor took a single step to resolve it. I went to bajaj finserv office, jaipur thrice but they were not available. I went to delhi pitampura office also. The concerned person there told me to mail the same. I suffered a lot. It is really an array of making me fool again and again.. Even my first installment also got deducted.
