This is in reference to my Loan Account No. 405DFS89560194, wherein you act as a loan facilitator towards an insurance policy amounting to Rupees 5, 399/-(Five Thousand three Hundred Ninety Nine only). The Loan facility that your good office provided, its repayment schedule fixed for 10 months, wherein my monthly Emi tune to Rupees 540/- (Five Hundred and Forty only) monthly and start from[protected].
Your good office provide me facility of an auto debit, in which your good office directly deduct my emi monthly till[protected],
As your good office provide me auto facility for last nine emi, I expected the same auto deduction facility for my last emi too and further I like to inform your good office that my account was sufficiently funded for auto deduction of my emi on[protected]For ready reference I am attaching my statement hereinbelow for your ready reference as 1) despite of that your good office failed to provide me service for the same.Your good office failed to auto debit my last emi from my bank account.
Your good office provide an additional service, that is to provide intimation message to inform your consumer that they failed to provide emi and you provide extension for repayment of default emi. I loved to inform you that many of your consumers benefited from the same except me. I received an email on[protected] at 18:33 pm which states that due to non receipt of EMI my card no. 3856 was suspended. I was surprised and shocked and I reply to the same mail but no response received till yet.
I had word with your concern member they inform me to wait and I am waiting till date. Further the site which you referred in your app is not reachable to your consumer. After all veins efforts i am writing you to redress my issue or come to conclusion.
I therefore request your good office to unblock my card at the earliest and provide me compensation for making me run from pillar to post and harassment.
I hope you redress my complaint at the earliest.
