As discussed earlier with Bajaj Finserv executives Ganesh ([protected]) and Sushil ([protected]), before applying for the Bajaj Finserv OD loan of Rs. 4, 00, 000, I had already paid the following charges:
Processing Fee: Rs. 932
CPP: Rs. 6, 999
Flexi Loan Fee: Rs. 5, 999
Total Paid: Rs. 13, 930
As advised by the executives, I kept Rs. 1, 000 aside to keep the loan active and paid Rs. 12, 930. However, my account is still reflecting a utilised amount of Rs. 19, 947, an amount I have not used. Even after deducting the Rs. 1, 000 intentionally kept aside, it still shows Rs. 18, 947, which appears to be from an old OD loan. I was repeatedly assured by both Ganesh and Sushil that this old OD amount would be adjusted and would not be payable separately.
I raised this concern multiple times before finalising the loan, and even at the time of accepting the e-agreement, I asked again for confirmation. Each time, I was assured that:
No additional payment apart from the processing fee (Rs. 13, 930) and the annual fee (for 2 years) would be required.
The old OD balance of Rs. 18, 947 would be fully adjusted against the new OD.
The utilised amount would not reflect in my account and would be gradually reduced and closed within 3 years.
Despite receiving these assurances more than 15 times, my account still shows a utilised amount of Rs. 18, 947, along with an additional interest charge of Rs. 694. I have already paid 3 installment (1537)without using the money just as interest.
I informed Ganesh and Sushil about this issue on the same day the account was opened, and they said they would check with their team and update me. Since then, I have not received any response from them. Surprisingly, before the loan approval, I received over 50 calls, but now my calls are being ignored.
I have always trusted Bajaj Finserv, and I sincerely hope this is not the way genuine customers are treated. I want to clearly state that I will not be paying the Rs. 18, 947, as I was explicitly assured multiple times that this amount was not required.
I also reached out to the Bajaj Finserv Customer Experience Head but did not receive a proper resolution. I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue.
