[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — documents not returned till now (almost 1.5 month)

Hi,

My name is loomen antony with id 21604242 am an existing consumer of bajaj finserv, before one month i got a call form bajaj sales team madurai, tamilnadu saying that you can avail 500000 of pl i ask them for my eligibility they collected my documents with 2 blank cheques (Executive name: nathiya - [protected]) after 2 days she told that i am only eligible for 300000 i told her to cancel the application after that next day i got a call from suresh - manager [protected] & kowshik - [protected] he convinced me to avail the loan i told him to cancel the application but till now i am following them for my cheques but there is no proper response from them also not pikingup the call. Kindly help to get them back, if it does not happen i am going to raise a police complaint.

Hi, Thanks for the support and immediate action taken by the bajaj finserve staff Mr. Suresh (Team Lead, Madurai). I have canceled my cheques and he has paid the cancellation charges to me.
