I am filing this complaint against Bajaj Finance Limited (NBFC) for repeated wrongful EMI re-presentation, which has caused me financial loss and unnecessary bank penalty, despite making timely payment.

Summary of the Issue:
My EMI was due on 02-Nov-2025, which fell on a Sunday.
I made the payment on 03-Nov-2025 (Monday evening), and it reflected successfully in my bank account the same day.
Despite this, Bajaj Finance re-presented the EMI twice on 04-Nov-2025, resulting in bank penalty charges for insufficient funds.
This is the second time Bajaj Finance has made this mistake, even after a previous complaint for the same issue.
