[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — ECS Mandate towards EMI Payment "apparently" rejected bank gets deducted!

Address: Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I had taken a EMI facility for loan number 405SCE06125359 which after over month of submitting documents got rejected due to a "Signature Mismatch" from my HDFC account. Hence as mentioned, i had to register a fresh mandate with another bank (Yes Bank) i have an account and sent across the bank acknowledgement copy to Bajaj Finance Limited. But a week after i sent the fresh bank mandate, an EMI has been deducted from the bank account (HDFC) where they said it was rejected by my bankers for SIGNATURE MISMATCH!! Im now worried you will charge me EMIs on both accounts for an internal goo[censored]p.Even the customer care person when i called in December had no idea what he was saying asked me to resubmit the same and even pay one EMI online as it was beyond some due date! Please call me on my mobile number as soon as possible and sort out this internal issue. I have a copy of my communications with the scanned copy of the documents sent in Dec 22 with me as proof.

Dear Sir,

Greetings from Bajaj Finserv! With reference to your post and our discussion we wish to inform you that for your loan account number 405SCE06125359, your initial ECS mandate form (from HDFC Bank) was rejected by your bank with the reason as ""signature mismatch"" and later during the EMI presentation period your Bank cleared the same and thus the EMI was debited. Further we would like to inform you, as per your request the fresh ECS mandate (from YES Bank) has been updated in our records for your future EMI's. We would like to confirm that all your future EMIs will be debited from your YES BANK account starting from February 2015. For further clarification, please write to us on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in

Hi Bajaj Finance,

I had taken a EMI facility for loan number NO. 404SCE11320498, I had submitted mandate form in Lifestyle Koramangala, Bangalore Branch. however post submitting documents I learnt from the Bajaj Finance team that the mandate form got rejected due to a "Signature Mismatch" from my Citi bank account. the EMI payable was INR 7648 for 12 months. Post my mandate form rejection I have been paying my EMI through Cheque where the Bajaj Finance person collect the amount in person and gives me the acknowledgement I have used this method to pay 7/12 EMI where I have paid through Agents, My 8th EMI I paid through Baja Finance Portal but unfortunately I ended up paying INR 13022 against INR 7648. I have two concerns to be looked at from Bajaj Finance team. my 1st concern is For My surprise I have realized the amount paid to the Bajaj Finance Agents and the amount which reflects in my account summary report which I get from Bajaj finance portal does not match for any of the month, My second concern is even after I raised a complaint with Bajaj Finance no one has come back with justification as to why INR 13022 was deducted on May 4th 2016 against my 8th installment where I am supposed to pay only INR 7648.
I have submitted the mandate form/NACH form and cross cheque to the delivery boy who delivered the bajaj fin emi card but when at the last day of offer in flipkart going to purchase getting massage of submitting fresh nach/mandate form sometimes getting OTP but it was too late after the payment page was expired. and its also showing of 19000 loan disbursement on 09/09/2016 where i have not made any transaction yet through my Bajaj Emi card.

1. Why its demanding MANDATE form again?
2. why OTP coming later after payment page expired?
3.why Such type of transaction showing on my EMI card?
4. Customer Service Executive doesn't have knowledge to solve the problem.

Your early response solicited as today is the last day of offer in flipkart.

Attached :1. Copy of mandate form submitted through courier by the delivery boy.
2. Cross cheque submitted to delivery boy.

Thanking you
