[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — elite card mis-selling | |||
I have enrolled for Bajaj Elite EMI card, based on the tele-marketing done by Bajaj Finserv, as they promised my card limit will be revised to Rs. Three Lakhs and I will be given gift vouchers for some Ten Thousand Rupees. But they have provided the virtual EMI card a limit of just Rs. One Lakh (which I already had). And they send vouchers in Email without mentioning any value and expiry date. And the vouchers does not work too. They refuse to share the call information too. I have send many Emails on these from my email ID [protected]@gmail.com, but still I have not got any meaningful reply. For spending Rs. 4, 777/- for this Elite card, all I got is a card with same limit and some gift vouchers, which are fake. I AM DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. This kind of mis-selling and improper customer care, making me think like Bajaj Finserve is a cheating company. I need my amount of Rs. 4, 777/- to be refunded immediately.
