Dear bajaj team, My name is shalini, im the existing customer of bajaj finance. We have taken bajaj loan and paid 3 emi's and we got the pre approval offer for rs. 46, 000 in our account. When we are planning to purchase the product it show "card is inactive" and the show room people try to login with our proof it got negative remark. If we want to speak with the customer care. Its one of the worst experience because there is no proper contact no. If we send mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in without resolving the issue they will mark resolve and close the complaints.
