[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — emi card block with sharing full information | |
Hi, Bajaj offed last year premium card and i have paid 3999 on 1st jan 2017, i have used the card and paying all emi on times and getting nocs also from bajaj. Never bounced any 1 single emi. On 3-jan-17 i saw they blocked my card due to my cibil score low with any information. Bajaj didn't tell the any information about this when offered card in jan 2017. According to my past history in bajaj my account is very clear. Customer care called me today and told we are not "we are unable to activate your emi card currently" I paid membership fee and bajaj blocked the card. Rohini Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Bajaj Finserv resolved the issue in 48 hours after DM to Bajaj Card.
