Bajaj Finserv — emi card blocked , worst customer service, fraud bajaj finserv

I am really Disappointed with the service provided by Bajaj Finserv, very unprofessional and very mean to customers. For Bajaj Finserv, there is no value for customer satisfaction, the only thing Bajaj Finserv values is pure business with customer.

With so many request to Bajaj Finserv, more than 4-5, even after telling them the genuine reason, Bajaj Finserv Team didn't bother to activate my EMI card which they sent me in blocked state.

I have paid more than 400 rs for EMI card, I received the card in blocked state, I have already told 100 times that my info with CIBIL is Totally wrong, they have mixed my twin brother's information with mine. Because if this reason my CIBIL is not meeting the expected Score.

I have paid 550/- to CIBIL report, but didn't receive the right report. That's not my fault, if bank doesn't know how to update right information is not my concern. Customer should not have to face difficulties fir their mistakes.

Now after complaining to Consumer Forum online, I received a call from Bajaj Finserv to look into my matter for general purpose sake. How they tried to solve the problem was surprising, they told me it's not in their hand to change the information, since my brother has not taken any loan from Bajaj, now they want my brother to take loan from them, wow..Pure Business as I said. I told them, please reactivate my card so that I'll use it and increase my CIBIL score, they still denied, I asked them about the Annual charges incurred on Card, they said even i[censored] don't use it u have to pay the charges.
First they sent me blocked card, and now they are charging me of not using the card.
Now I don't have words to describe Bajaj Finserv, way of work, the way of customer satisfaction they are looking. This clearly shows that Bajaj Finserv doesn't care about customers, nor they will get affect even if customer satisfied or not.

Bajaj Finserv forced me to blocked my card permanently to avoid annual charges and also they told me of not refunding back my EMI card fees. Very disappointing with this kind o[censored]nprofessional amd fraud service from Bajaj Finserv.

I really had a very BAD experience with Bajaj Finserv, and I want to share this with Everyone.
