Bajaj Finserv — EMI Card is not delivered.

Hello!
I have registered online for EMI card on 21/05/2016 and paid the required amount through debit card successfully. I got an Email stating that your card has been generated and will be delivered with in 7-10 working days but its not delivered till now. Its very irritating. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. And when i am trying to sign up for customer portal its showing my Name already submitted while applying for EMI Card but its only sending Cust Id. but its not sending password via SMS/Email.
