[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — emi card reconsideration

I have applied for emi card online by paying 399inr through my debit card, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end.
Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.

But i received this mess today saying thst
Dear customer, your bajaj finserv emi card ending 0368 has been blocked in line with our credit policy. Share your latest cibil report to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in for re-consideration. Avl bal on your card is rs. 18915.00. Available open ecs limit is rs. 18990.00.

Please help us
