[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — emi card suspended for no reason | |
My name is syed zoeb jawed, i am a customer with you since 2016. Customer id: 35103461. I have completed 2 loans with your company. 1) 402sce26521983 2) 402cdd32379447 I have paid all the installments in time through auto debit without skipping a single one. I need to know why you have suspended my emi card. Please unsuspended my emi card at the earliest. You had previously blocked my car temporarily in the month of march but then again unsuspended it after my complaint. This time you have again blocked my card permanently, and i don't understand why. You do not have a direct number for customer service and when a email is written you give a generic response that it has been blocked in line with your credit policy, which is not at all satisfactory. Please get my card unlocked asap. If i was not credit worthy you would have not given me the loan in the first place. Was this information helpful? | |
