Sir, My name is akilaganesan b, i have purchased 2 air conditioner from shenbaga agencies on 17-07-17 through bajaj emi card. On that day they told me the emi value is rs.2459 without insurance. We did not sign any insurance papers. Ist month emi not deducted from my account due to sign mismatch. 2nd month also the same problem. Already sbi account mapped in my bajaj card. Collection agent come and collect the first and 2nd emi instalment amount. Below the receipt details. 12-aug-17 4480cd46754307 rt. No. M581302 - rs.2459/- 12-aug-17 4480cd46754431 rt. No. M581414 - rs.2459/- 13-sep-17 4480cd46754307 rt. No. M1129518 - rs.2459/- 13-sep-17 4480cd46754431 rt. No. M1129428 - rs.2459/- On 13-sep-17 again emi value deducted from my sbi account 13-sep-17 4480cd46754307 rt. No. M1129518 - rs.2714/- 13-sep-17 4480cd46754431 rt. No. M1129428 - rs.2714/- Please reverse my excess emi amount in my sbi account. I don't want insurance for that product. Please cancel my insurance and reverse my insurance amount to my sbi account at the earliest. Till date there is no response in bajaj office. I am not satisfied with your service. Hyy I am Bikash my bajaj card has been blocked I am paying my dues correctly then why they blocked my card my customer ID is 30044685 and my EMI card no. is [protected]and please check it immediately I will wait for your reply please reply me soon
