[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — extended warranty - consumer durables - big cheating and fraud | |
I have took the extended warranty for my samsung wacing machine with model number: wa62h4000hdtl and Extended warranty policy number :og[protected]-00309839. Policy periode: from 11-aug-2017 00:00 hours to 10-aug-2019 Four weeks ago i request them for a service and after days service engineers came and they said it's having problem with the circuit board and they took the board and said they will repair or replace the board and after 3 weeks i called them and they said it's not possible to repair and the circuit board is not available. Mean time i checked with samsung and they said it is available, i don't know why bajaj make fraud explanations and they loot my money for extending the warranty and not giving a service. I hope they will resolve thi issue soon, and attaching the warranty letter. Was this information helpful? | |
