Bajaj Finserv — Extended warranty fraud

I purchased an refrigerators from vijay sales on 8/11/2016
but last week i received an message from bajaj finserv that i have also applied for an extended warranty but i never applied for such loan and nor my seller told me about that..
please cancel my extended loan as im not able to pay th eloan amount
and the seller is not told me anything about this loan
