Bajaj Finserv — extra amount of emi deducted even after closure of account by paying entire amount. | |
My loan account no.5U1ECFFT306881 amounting to Rs 6990 was closed on 30/03/2020. However Bajaj Finserv deducted further emi from my Union Bank of India account on 4/4/2020. I received an SMS stating that if any further amount of EMI is deducted, the same shall be refunded within 15 days. Despite several emails, I have not received back my refund.
