Hi, I have ordered "realme2 pro" phone from flipkart.com with an exchange option, however flipkart has refused my exchange request and cancelling my order. Hence i'm requesting you to cancel my approved loan amount of rs.12, 040. Emi amount of rs.2, 007 for 6 months.
