Bajaj Finserv — for charges for failed mandate txn bajaj finance

My 295 ₹ cut from previous two months two times without give me any information by Bajaj finserv. When I went sbi bank they said these 295 ₹ amount cut by Bajaj finserv company. And when I went Bajaj finserv company they said these charges not cut by company. What's going on. Where is my money?? Please give me my money as soon as possible. I submitted last 10 transaction of my account.
