I took a consumer loan of inr 13450 for a samsung mobile j5 prime 32gb, the first emi will be deducted on 2nd september 2017, what shocked me is that without my authorization these people have added another loan named as Digigital fone safe - insurance account number: 404dfs48224291 Insuarance amount - inr 1799, emi - inr 300 for 6 months This is a fraud/ cheating / falsification thing that they have done, i just dont understand how can they take ecs from my bank account without my permission, this is the totally illegal.
