Bajaj Finserv — Home Loan and Top Up Loan | |||||
I have applied for home loan and top up loan with Bajaj Finserv. My loans were sanctioned after long wait. During this wait period I have got some better offer from HDFC and I have opted loan from them. I asked Bajaj Finserv to cancel my loan. But instead of cancelling the loan they have deducted EMI from my account although I have not taken any disbursement. I have followed up with my sales person and Bajaj Finserv several times but till date my loan is not cancelled and the EMI amount is not returned. I have one existing personal loan with Bajaj Finserv and they linked the new loans with my existing personal loan account. I informed CITIBANK to stop the payment of the EMI for new loans. But they told me that you need to stop the payment of all the three loans as they are linked under same account. I asked them to stop the EMI of all the 3 loans but somehow they did the blunder and stop the EMI of my existing loan and other 2 wrong EMIs were deducted from my account. As my EMI request was bounced for existing loan, I had to pay EMI by visiting their internet site for which they penalized me 1000 rupees. This has lead me to lots of mental stress, wastage of time, wastage of money in terms of calls made to them, penalty paid to them. Also they haven't paid me back my processing fees after cutting their intials costs. I would like you to take strong action against them so that no one else in the future face such trauma. Also I would like you to intervene and compensate me accordingly for my mental stress, time and expenses I have incurred.
