Bajaj Finserv — I am complaining about Mental Harassment From Bajaj Finservs Agents

My name is Anup Roy, I am an Audiologist and running my Prestige Speech & Hearing Clinic in Pune. I am running my clinic from last five years. My tie up with Bajaj Finserv company is from last 1-2 years. Bajaj Finserv provides Loan for Hearing Aids to my customers without any interest. My job is to send customer's documents to Bajaj so that Bajaj can verify their documents and provide loan on the basis of their eligibility. Once the loan is approved, my job is to give the hearing aid and invoice to the customer and send an invoice copy to Bajaj so that he can transfer the approved loan amount to my account. But for some time some customers are not able to pay the installment on their due date, for which Bajaj's recovery agent is threatening me that your customer’s not paying EMI so you will have to pay the loan. I am also getting death threats. The manager of Bajaj Company Pune, Mohan Malpote is threatening to kill me over the phone if I do not repay the loan amount which I have not taken and I am not responsible for recovery. I am also being threatened to file a police case. You are requested to take this matter into cognizance and get rid of this mental harassment.
