Bajaj Finserv — I want to settle negotiable | |||||
My self Venkatesh Bajaj finance credit card no.[protected], my contact no.[protected]. Actually I have taken this card last year and I used to pay minimum charges and EMI regularly but unfortunately due to covid I lost my job and unable to pay EMI and charges. After two months I moved to Banglore as job change. So I want to settle my dues at a time. When one of your agent come to my home my family members informed about the same to your agent and also requested him for settlement. He said Ok and after 15days your agent came and asked my family members to pay minimum charges immediately. How they are responsible for my dues and behaved very rudely and irrespectively. My sincere request is I want to settle at this movement full and final settlement and I not all ready to pay EMI, minimum charges or any interest. Sincerely I am going to complaint in consumer court before that I want to write to you. Do take care of this issue and get back to me in quick response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
