[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — insurance deducted without our knowledge | |||
This is with respect to the commodity (Treadmill) loan no.: 404sce36663416 taken on march 20th 2017. The dealer took a downpayment of 7350 in this rs.6600 was 2 months advance plus 750rs processing charge of bajaj finserv. The dealer told rs3300 will be my emi monthly. For loan the bajaj finserv guys saw my old cibil points and took my pan number and said they will process it. They dint took any sign of me on any of the loan documents!!. But in my bank account rs3675 was getting deducted as emi, when asked about the extra rs375 the bajaj finserv guys are telling it is for insurance or warranty. The extra rs375 is really a burden which happened without consent of me and now if we tell to cancel it, they are telling it cannot be done. Remember the processing of loan documents was done without consent of me!. Please look into this, so i need not pay anything extra. Was this information helpful? | |||
