With reference to your discussion, we wish to inform you that loan account number 4230PL00069138 is active for the last four months and we are in receipt of the EMI amount of Rs. 1563 every month on the due date. The loan terms and conditions signed by you at the time of loan application clearly reflects the same rate of interest. In case you do not wish to continue with the loan we have a nil foreclosure policy which can be availed. We will not be able to change the rate of interest at this stage. Further, we wish to inform you that our service channel has sent detailed response to your complaint on 7th Jan, 2013.
