Sir I Sri Maheswar Sethy I draw a Personal Loan from Bajaj Finserv lending Rs. 33, 000 A/C No. 4230PL00069138 . PL approval time I talk with PL sanction officer this PL I paid in 21EMI. But without inform me 21 EMI against 36 EMI mentioned. This time Personal Loan sanction officer say to me it is offer to you. some little interest to paid with EMI. But PL approval time nobody say to me rate of interest 36%. Now personal loan sanction officer calculated EMI with 36% interest. Loan sanction time Rate of Interest 36% nobody tel me loan sanction time. Bajaj Finserv Lending sending me loan details. Loan Amount: 33000.00 Gross Tenure: 36 (I say to him in 21 EMI not 36 ) Date of Disbursement:30/09/2013 Balance Outstanding: 51579.00 (I take loan Rs. 33000 why I paid Rs. 51579. With reference to your discussion, we wish to inform you that loan account number 4230PL00069138 is active for the last four months and we are in receipt of the EMI amount of Rs. 1563 every month on the due date. The loan terms and conditions signed by you at the time of loan application clearly reflects the same rate of interest. In case you do not wish to continue with the loan we have a nil foreclosure policy which can be availed. We will not be able to change the rate of interest at this stage. Further, we wish to inform you that our service channel has sent detailed response to your complaint on 7th Jan, 2013.
