Bajaj Finserv — Leving Hidden charges in Personal loan like credit vidya fee and touch free fee

My Loan account number : P400PSP3791647
Bajaj Finserv, levied Credit Vidya fees of About Rs.4, 999/- and also Touch free fee of Rs.3, 999(during Covid situation online charges are not to be levied) which I was not told and explained what the charges were.

The marketing/ sales team are making customers as fools and giving wrong information. The Manger Mr. Ravindra (Ph NO-[protected]), Mr, Raviraj G gave wrong information and never explained the hidden charges. Confuse customers and try to make you purchase many of their insurance and other products by telling it is mandatory with loan. And while submitting the application they did not even give the check box to uncheck it.

I want these to be refunded or adjusted to my loan immediately or will complaint to RBI after 1 month with all proof's and recordings.
