Bajaj Finserv — loan against policy

I was in need of Loan for my new venture. I have applied for the same to various banks but some how was not able to bear high interest rate for the loan.
meanwhile I received call from bajaj finserv that they r providing loan for 0% interest rate. The scheme was interesting so i asked them how they can provide zero percent interest loan. they explained that we will issue the insurance policy to you and provide you the loan against the amount of sum insurance. After issuing the insurance policy.
Now these people are not even replying to phone call.
