Bajaj Finserv — loan amount not credited

I have made a payment of RS.2818 to my loan a/c of bajaj Finserv as on 14/09/2018 at 12:05 pm through paytm upi, the amount has been deducted from my Paytm a/c but the same was not credited.

and the upi reference number is
