Bajaj Finserv — loan generated without my concern

Sir,
I am a customer of bajajfinserv from april 2019. On 4 oct 2019 a additional amount of rs 2917 deducted from my sbi account then i saw bajaj wallet in which two loan account were showing one is 50k rs which was took by me in april 2019 but second one is 14k which was not took by me. I never took this loan and i never shared otp and personal detail with any one and according to bajaj policy 15km is range in whivh customer can be financed and photo capture is necessary but without all these thing how it's possible.

It's a complete fault of bajajfinserv company.

I request you to give my money back and remove the loan of rs 14000rs.
