Bajaj Finserv — loan sanctioned and not utilised

I would like to inform you that I had planned to purchase a product, and the loan from Bajaj was sanctioned and the funds were transferred to the shop. However, I have now decided not to proceed with the purchase.

Kindly advise me on the procedure to cancel the sanctioned loan and arrange for the refund to Bajaj.
